As part of the natural environment, you may encounter insects, spiders, deer, squirrels, birds, and other wildlife during your stay. While we regularly maintain and inspect the property, occasional bugs or critters can still find their way indoors, especially during seasonal weather changes. Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use, store food properly, and avoid approaching or feeding wildlife. By staying in a forested mountain setting, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of natural wildlife encounters. *We provide a starter kit of items for your stay such as a few trash bags, TP and extra linen. Replenishment is not provided during the stay. Please observe neighborhood quiet hours. We ask that you help maintain the integrity and peaceful atmosphere of this relaxing, community.
